I have worked for Mail Box Express since August 2013 and part of my responsibilities was to look after our ISO requirements. It became apparent that my job role changed over the past 18 months which hasn’t allowed me to commit enough time to ensure we are following the correct procedures. We made a decision to outsource this task as we were due to have our 2nd year surveillance visit.
After meeting with Synergos it became apparent that the business was failing in its ISO compliance’s and we needed support. We were due to have our annual surveillance visit the following month and Synergos stepped in and ensured that we met the necessary requirements for the pending audit. Outsourcing this has benefited our company by saving us time, knowledge and it’s cost effective. In addition we passed our surveillance visit with BSI so we know we made the right decision.
