I spoke to Jenny about auditing our policies and processes because our business had grown significantly over the last 2 years and the structure that helped us get to where we are is not what will get us to the next stage in our plan.

The questions Jenny asked were very insightful and even before I received the report she produced following her day with us, she had prompted me to identify areas of the business we could easily make immediate improvements.

I would recommend going through this audit process to anyone who wants to position their business for growth and finds that they and their team are not as productive as they need to be to achieve ambitious growth targets.
