Scantec improve QMS with ISO 9001

We decided to get a fresh pair of eyes on our ISO 9001 quality management system before we embarked upon 2015 certification. Synergos were recommended to us and I can see why that was, Jenny was pragmatic and professional and able to tailor her advice for our business. The report will provide the framework for our improvement programme in 2016 and beyond and we wouldn’t hesitate to repeat this exercise in the future.
