If you are an SME in the manufacturing or associate manufacturing sector, are based in the Leeds City Region area (Bradford, Calderdale, Huddersfield, Leeds or Wakefield) and don’t currently hold any of the following certifications ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and/or ISO 45001. You could be eligible for a grant of up to £3,000 to implement any of your chosen ISO Management Systems in your company.

Here is some background about the programme

The Leeds City Region has developed a programme, delivered by the University of Huddersfield to help support the growth and expansion of businesses in the manufacturing and associated serviced sector.

The programme offers the strategic review of current operations, help with the development of a three-year action plan, 12 hours of free support and the potential of grant support for the implementation of projects. 

Their unique and impactful support offer is a result of significant, commercial experience from a team of advisors, plus access to the University’s wide variety of academic knowledge, including Supply Chain Management, Productivity, Precision Engineering and Technology Innovation.
