I love travelling. Always have, always will.
There’s something about getting out there, seeing the world and experiencing other cultures that just makes me feel alive.
My overseas trips are hugely important to me, and I want to cherish the memory of every single one, which is why I pretty much always get a keepsake that’ll help remind me of the amazing time I’ve had and I’m amassing quite a collection:
A miniature Empire State Building, a turtle from San Francisco, an elephant from Thailand (neither actual animals by the way!) and a beer mat from Barcelona are all adorning my window ledge as I write.
They mean a lot to me, but I’ve also noticed something – they always spark conversation with visitors to my office.
Maybe they’ve been to the States too, or they’ve always wanted to go to Thailand – either way, there’s a commonality there that gives us immediate common ground and a shared understanding of what the other person is all about.
It’s just like that with the ISO certification we help our clients to obtain.
An ISO certification gives your customer the confidence that you’re working to optimum standards, which means you’re both on the same page.
They know what to expect, you know what to deliver, and they can have the certainty that comes from knowing that you’ve been certified independently.
If you want to talk about how ISO certification can help your business, or you just want to talk trinkets, you know where we are…
