It provides a more flexible but robust and effective system of management, one which involves everyone within an organisation from top to bottom. This has been proven to encourage the participation of everyone in making the business successful and in so doing improve motivation and morale. The most important thing is that once a company has achieved certification and has the latest Quality Management Systems in place, customers will start to notice the difference. And when your customers know that they are appreciated and are being looked after properly they will reward you with their loyalty.
