I first met Jenny when she carried out a small survey for me when I was looking at ways of raising the company’s efficiency and improving the delivered quality of items manufactured in the factory at ASH Plastics Limited. I was very impressed with Jenny’s approach, the report she produced and the suggestions she put forward for future actions.
I decided to implement a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and engaged Jenny to manage the implementation process. Jenny met all the agreed project milestones and greatly helped the staff to adjust their mind-sets and attitude to working with a different approach. The implementation went very smoothly, with the company achieving all of the requirements of the standard and was awarded a certificate of registration at the first attempt.
The early signs are that my objectives of improving efficiency and delivered quality will be achieved, so my next task for Jenny will be to perform quarterly quality audits to make sure the quality management system, and all those involved with it, are performing as required.
I would not hesitate to engage Jenny’s services again and I would recommend Jenny to help any company with process management issues. She is a real specialist!
