As a new business with soaring ambitions in the industrial electrical installation sector we were faced with the daunting task of compliance in several areas of our business but especially in health and safety.
I first met Synergos in January 2016 with an initial enquiry regarding the ISO9001 accreditation, with little understanding of the accreditations that we required or the services that Synergos Consultancy offered.
In very little time it was established that Synergos were the right company to be tasked with our health and safety compliance and quality management structure.
Synergos has sourced, organised and enrolled all our engineers on several health and safety courses as well as, written many policies and procedures related to all aspects of our business. We have already successfully secured three health and safety accreditations thanks to the ongoing commitment and support of Synergos Consultancy.
I believe that Synergos have helped us achieve our short term goals in a very short space of time, which has also been welcomed by our clients. The process has been managed well and executed with minimal effort from myself.
